PRIVACY POLICY

The following policy sets forth the terms and conditions regarding the use of the website:

(hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) and applies to all its users.

Usage of the Website means acceptance of the below presented terms and conditions.

The rights to the Website are held by CARGOUNIT sp. z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) with its registered seat in Wrocław, address: 3 Na Ostatnim Groszu Street, 54-207 Wrocław, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Wrocław Fabryczna, VI Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000161295; NIP 897-16-82-934; BDO 000589505; Share capital: PLN 25,094,000.00

GENERAL INFORMATION

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to ensure a sense of security for each user of the Company’s Website www.cargounit.eu, considering that one of the Company’s priorities is to guarantee the protection of the Website’s users and to secure their personal privacy.

The functionality of the Website is conducted in accordance with the requirements of generally and unconditionally binding legal regulations, as well as with the application of widely accepted principles of website operation, including, in particular, the security of website users and the technical and organizational measures used for this purpose.

Usage of the Website is considered as acceptance of the terms of this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy shall only apply to the Company’s Website. The Company’s Website may contain links to other services and websites. Therefore, we ask you to review the privacy policy stated within other services or websites whenever you visit them.

The Company preserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy by modifying it accordingly. However, any changes will not violate the basic principles of the security and privacy of any users of our website.

The administrator of the Website is the Company. Any remarks, observations or comments related to the functioning of the Website should be sent to the e-mail address daneosobowe@cargounit.eu. 

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

We hereby inform you that only the following data are stored while using the Company’s Website:

  • data needed to correctly and more rapidly display the Website in browsers – these data include, among others, the IP of the Website user’s computer, the computer’s operating system, the type and version of the browser or the screen resolution,
  • location (in terms of SERVICE/SERVICE subpages),
  • data needed to use the contact form, i.e. name, surname and e-mail address.

This data are not stored on third-party servers but only in the browsers cache and are not transferred to anyone externally.

No profiling methods are used for users visiting the Company’s Website.

The controller of your personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 – concerning the protection of individuals in relation to their personal data processing and on the free flow of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: “RODO”), is CARGOUNIT Sp. z o.o. based in Wrocław, Na Ostatnim Groszu 3, 54 – 207 Wrocław, e-mail address: daneosobowe@cargounit.eu, tel. +48 71 350 97 00.

  1. Users’ personal data of the Company’s Websites (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Data”) will be processed by the Controller, particularly for the following purposes:
    • to enable the use of the Company’s Website
    • to defend against possible claims.
  2. Personal Data will be transferred to the entities processing them on behalf of the Company on the basis of contracts concluded with the Controller, but only for the purpose and scope necessary for the aforementioned purposes, including, but not limited to, entities providing IT or other services to us to ensure the proper functioning of the Company’s Website, with the understanding that such entities process data only in accordance with the Controller’s instructions.
  3. . In addition to the above-mentioned entities, Personal Data may be disclosed only to the entities authorized to do so under the provisions of national or EU law. The Controller has taken appropriate measures to appropriately secure the Personal Data transferred and, in particular, against its disclosure to unauthorized persons.
  4. Personal Data shall be processed exclusively as long as necessary to achieve the purpose of this processing.
  5. Personal Data may be processed on the basis of:
    • compliance with an obligation under both national and EU laws in accordance with Article 6 Item 1 Point c of the RODO;
    • interests resulting from the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, in accordance with Article 6 Item 1 Point f of the RODO, i.e. for the purpose of defending against possible claims on the basis of the Controller’s legitimate interest, where the Controller’s legitimate interest is to defend the Controller against third-party claims.
  6. Under the conditions and terms set forth in the provisions of the RODO, the user of the Website holds the right to access the content of his/her data and the right to rectify, delete, restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to data processing.
  7. Website’s users have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office) if they believe their personal data processing violates the provisions of the RODO.
  8. The transfer of Personal Data is necessary to carry out the tasks described in the first point. The consequence of a Website user’s failure to provide Personal Data may result in inability or limitation in fulfilling the purposes specified in the first point above.

INFORMATION ON THE COOKIES USED

The Company’s Website uses cookies only as necessary for the proper functioning of the Website.
